Whistleblowing System
Legal clarification

Geiger Automotive GmbH has implemented an external Whistleblowing System to detect and prevent violations of applicable law and company policies, based on EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report a law violation.
As a matter of principle, reporting via the Whistleblowing System should only be the last resort. Priority should always be given to the direct route to the supervisor, the HR department or the works council, or for business partners and external reporters, the contact person in the company or the management. If this is not possible for any good reason, the reporting system is another option to report violation or misconduct.
The reporting system was set up for Geiger by Susanne Fittkau, attorney at law, KAIROS, Mozartstraße 8, 80336 Munich, Germany, and the system is also managed by her. Ms. Fittkau is bound to professional secrecy and works fully autonomously.
This reporting system is available to employees, customers, suppliers and business partners. Such reports can be submitted online at kairos-geiger.internal-reporting-channel.com, by telephone at +49 89 15923630 or by email to susanne.fittkau@kairos-law.de. Geiger Automotive has no access to these reports; reports concerning the plants in Murnau, Tambach-Dietharz and Ziemetshausen are processed exclusively by Ms. Fittkau. Reports concerning the Geiger plants in Suwannee (USA), Querétaro (Mexico) or Shenyang (China) may be forwarded to local lawyers, who are also bound by the duty of confidentiality.
You can also submit reports of possible violations anonymously via the link. When you submit your report, you will receive your personal access data, which is anonymous and untraceable (IP address is not stored and cookies are not set). You can use these anonymous credentials to view the status of the processing of your report at any time from any internet PC/device.
If you as a whistleblower deliberately do not wish to remain anonymous, you can voluntarily enter your first and last name as well as your contact data (telephone number, e-mail address, street with house number, postal code and city as well as country). In such a case, your consent to data processing is additionally required. You can also revoke this consent at any time in text form (e.g. email) or in writing (e.g. letter) to KAIROS law firm with effect for the future. The contact data you have provided will then be deleted immediately.
