The Geiger Automotive group

… is a global system supplier in the area of thermal management for all mobility sectors. We are specialists in injection molding, fluid injection technology, projectile injection technology and blow molding. For this purpose, we develop and produce highly specific individual plastic parts that are joined and assembled online.

With six global locations and over 900 employees, we are the specialist for highly specific individual plastic parts and their system assembling as part of the Sanoh Group. Headquartered in Tokyo, Sanoh supplies automotive customers in 22 countries from a total of 92 manufacturing sites.

We see ourselves as a close development partner to our customers. Geiger Automotive GmbH covers their individual needs with intelligent solutions made of plastic. In doing so, we set the highest standards for function and design. This results in product solutions that are indispensable, for example, in the air and thermal management of a vehicle. For this purpose, we use multi-component processes or embed purchased parts.

The ongoing development of our technologies is a top priority at Geiger Automotive. We make an important economic and ecological contribution to the environment and our customers. By continuously improving our products, we enable the development of vehicles with lower fuel consumption and improved carbon footprint.

Since logistics is a significant cost component as well as an environmental factor, we pursue a hybrid approach: We develop in Germany and manufacture centrally at our customers’ production sites. In this way, we bundle know-how and remain cost-effective and flexible. We see new, globally oriented orders as clear confirmation of our strategy and its successful implementation.
