Selective Laser Sinter parts (SLS) and Stereo Lithographic parts (STL) are used for preliminary driving tests or function tests. All parts are produced from CAD data and can be manufactured without individual tools or without an injection mould. The media resistance is outstanding, components withstand temperatures of up to 140° C and pressures or up to 1.5 bar. The STL prototypes can thereby be produced as transparent specimens to allow the insides of the part to be observed during the test run. This enables flow behaviours in inclined positions or during acceleration to be assessed.

Average production time
- STL or SLS parts are generally completed within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of the 3D data.
